What is the Standard Shipping Time Line?
Generally, all packages are shipped out via USPS within 48 hours after payment has processed. We work normal business hours M-F. Our policy states to allow 2-4 days for fulfillment which is in place to give The Americamostweededstore time to process all orders during periods of higher volume. Please note that if you order on a Friday, the order will not ship until the following Monday or Tuesday, for quicker shipping, we recommend ordering towards the beginning of the workweek 😉
We have two different shipping methods. Please note that the shipping estimate is AFTER your package leaves our Fulfillment Center. 1) First Class (3-5 days) $5 2) Priority (2-3 days) $8 ….. All free shipping is the First class 3-5 days. If you qualify for free shipping but want your product faster, you can add priority for $8 which upgrades your shipping speed to 2-3 days.
Once your package has shipped you will receive your USPS tracking number via the email associated with your order. Please also note that your shipping time estimate (2-3 or 3-5 days) begins AFTER your order has shipped out of our offices.
When will my Order ship?
Packages are shipped out of our Fulfillment center within 48 hours of your payment processing successfully. Packages are shipped out via DHL and then delivered to your shipping address by USPS.
The time it takes your package to get from our Fulfillment center to you depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout 🙂
USPS Priority is 2-3 business days and USPS Standard is 3-7 business days. Once your package has shipped you will receive a USPS tracking number via the email associated with your order.
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $75 as a Thank You! The Free USPS Standard Shipping is the same speed as USPS Standard Shipping (3-7 days)
**Please note that Free Shipping applies to orders who total $75 or over AFTER any discount code or sale price is applied** If you qualify for Free Shipping but want your package to you quicker, you have the option at checkout to upgrade to USPS Priority 2-3 day shipping for an additional cost.
How can I Track my Order?

When it comes to tracking your order, you have a few options!
1) Whether you ordered as a Guest or have an account with us – you will be emailed your tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped, inside that email you can find your tracking number! Make sure to check Junk or Spam just in case 😉
Please note that we do have a 48 hour processing time and in times of higher traffic 2-4 day processing time – we always work hard to get your order shipped out as soon as possible – we know you love your weed!
2) If you have an account with us – you can also track your order in the dashboard.
** If for any reason you have not received your order Tracking and it is past our 2-4 day processing time – please contact our Customer Service Specialists at email@example.com with your order number and we are more than happy to get you an updated status!**
Do you ship to Military bases?
We do ship to domestic military bases (within the 50 United States) – we need the address formatted in the proper military format for USPS. Please see the correct formatting below:

You can always check your invoice with your email, every time you place an order from us we always send an invoice of that order to your email
You can also create an account free of charge with us to see your order history invoices, download and print your invoice directly from the account you have created

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?
The payment of the order is taken from you or the bank went and only you accept and confirm the payment,either by you filling your credit card details or by you doing a valid bank transfer to us

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Went you got a wrong product or damaged product simply contact us with you invoice details, and as fast as possible we will do the rest thing that is required for you to get your right product with no charges at your disposal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can always cancel or change your order with us. In case you cancel your order we always returned your money back.
What is "package tracking" in my orders?
Package tracking is a service offer by shipping companies to indicates the current package status during transportation. You may refer to our status definition: Not Found / In Transit / Pick Up / Undelivered / Delivered / Alert / Expired. When tracking is completed, we will show the status according to all detailed tracking information.
